When you make contact with our Prototype Centre through your local representative, an experienced engineer and customer support team member is assigned to your request. This team supports each stage of your project to completion, offering design advice and access to alternative technical solutions to optimize your overall medical device and minimize cost.
We provide fast-turn prototyping for metal , wire & coil, , braid, coiled & extruded shafts and standard medical grade balloons. Our typical timeframe to prototype standard medical device catheter shaft requirements in low volume is typically 4 – 6 weeks depending on specification.
Design for Manufacture
