Creganna acquires Screentech Medical

Creganna Medical Devices today announced the acquisition of Ireland based Screentech Medical. Screentech provides advanced molded micro components and assemblies for medical devices and supplies leading medical device manufacturers.
The acquisition brings a suite of complementary technologies to Creganna’s current product and service capabilities. Creganna is a leading supplier of catheter shaft components and sub-assemblies to medical device companies. These shafts are the mechanism for navigating a minimally invasive treatment device, such as a stent into the body. Molded assemblies can be incorporated into device shafts to enable advanced device functionality such as deployment, retrieval or positioning.
